Thank you for an enlightening and informative post. I just want to ask or confirm what you were saying about drawing people to you. If we have not yet forgiven that person and realize the part we played in that relationship then we can NOT stop the same thing from happening again.

Strange how I would let a girlfriend hurt me in ways I would never let a man do. I notice what you said about things in childhood and I can see my mother playing a big role in that hurt so no wonder I let this happen!
