Re: progesterone cream update

thanks Kara! It's funny you mentioned that book. I already read his one on hormones, and was thinking about giving this one a look through as well. He died a couple of years ago, so I dont think well be seeing any more work from him....Virgina hopkins has a website that covers a lot of similiar info.

glad you posted the 3-4 hour timeframe-so I guess it is possible I did get that almost immediate relief. I wouldnt have been convinced-but the eyes dont lie....I couldnt look at the lights in my house until I put it on.

I dont know anything about progesterone cream and clotting. I have always been under the impression that estrogen is the culprit with the clotting problems. My doc likes the cream and has several patients using it, so it is getting more mainstream. My mother's doc also said it would be fine for her to try, but I dont know if there would be any point to it for her, since she is long ago through menopause, and she would have to continuously use it forever. The cancer thing w/ it makes me not want her to try it.

Do you have a regular doc you can ask about the clotting and progesterone.
