Clearly there should be more psychological testing before gun permits are issued. This guy, regardless of who was or was not influencing him, was unstable. The guy in Binghamton that shot 13 people in an immigration outreach program because he was unhappy with the way he had been treated by the cops, is another example of weak gun laws when it comes to those mentally unstable people.
