There are many parasite cleanses
and most are effective to some
extent, although it may also be
good to follow up with another
after depending on your symptoms
since parasites are notorious for
shedding eggs when they are dying.

I run around barefoot a lot and go
swimming in creeks which are high
risk behaviors for parasites. They
can also be picked up by touching

I also have pets which carry eggs.
For daily maintenance, I like to use
