have you had any joy and is it sorted... im also having a bleeding bum at the moment and am concerned... mine started off with a hard stool and i believe it could have cut me on the inside... anyway to sort this out without any dr and drugs and surgery... i had surgery and it went away for a while but they didnt do anything to fix it... :(
