lung/bronchial..method of tincturing...

Awhile ago you helped me with the 'new way' of tincturing the Lobelia 1part vineg and 1part alco...and then the blending and mixing of the two. So, I have that part finished, they've been brewing for a few months. The first option that you mentioned sounds like the right one for me too.

The little habaneros are only 1" high, and they look so fragile. I'll plant them outdoors at new moon in May.
