I am sorry, I should have been said. I used 6 drop Miracle-Mineral-Supplement activated with 30 drops of citric acid in 2 cups Warm Water solution. This is used as an implant and should be held for as long as you can hold it. I usually tried to hold it for 20 minutes. If you can't you can start over with another activated solution or just wait until the next time. It seems to get easier as your bowels learn to relax and tolerate the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement . I always had a enema or colonic prior to doing the implant. I hope you are feeling better today. I suggest that you take time to rest today. Dealing with detox takes a lot of energy. MW
