So, if someone posted on it before I can't ask a question?

I spend hours on the search bar.

My question is who has done one and has it been effective?

I have serious lower bowel issues that need an enema. I have been instructed by my ND to do coffee enemas and after I did it this morning, I have lots of movement and pain there.

I need to do an Miracle-Mineral-Supplement enema and want to know if other people have tried it. If you have, please let me know.
