You can get Now brand gelcaps online or in the health food stores. The gelcaps complete disintegrate in a minute or two once they are in you. I looked up "vermifuge" in the aromatherapy book. I made a list of every essential oil that was listed. I bought as many of them that I could find. I mix and match them according to smell, mix with olive oil so they are not too strong, put in caps and insert. You can feel the worm wigging and trying to run away when the cap breaks. It will stop the itch. Just put a capsule in before you go to bed. Makes poop smell good next morning too.
