She was diagnosed at the age of 5 because of severe nausea and gallbladder problems. This is no longer a problem.

However, as one can see, she is still not "over" the sensitivity to gluten. Personally, I believe it also has a lot to do with the ingestion of protein and carbohydrates together...something we simply shouldn't do because the stomach produces two different things for digestion and cannot produce both at the same time. It must choose.

Proper digestion is then next to impossible.

She's quite "typical"...wants meat and starches together. She also hates veggies. I have to really push the fruit just so that she gets something decent in her body. Raw carrots is about the only vegetable I can get her to eat without World War III breaking out...lol
