No no no BeeG Bush was an a**ho** alright but he didnt throw out the constitution he over eached his authority and that is being challenged! Many presidents in war time have taped a few frikkin phone lines ! Big difference then what Obama is doing to the first and second amendments the ones that if
lost becuase of hate crime laws and the ban on arming ourselves the rest of the constitution is meaningless!
