Need help... was in ER

I started taking the potassium Iodide and my shoulders and neck completely froze up. Was in a lot of pain. I stopped taking the Iodine immediately but am having all over body aches, heart palpitations and a tickling/pressure in my chest and throat. It has been a month since stopping the iodine.

I talked with my alternative doctor and he said it could be the fluoride being kicked around in my system. Any other ideas? If it is the fluoride, how do I flush it from my system?
