You said that you cultured apple juice. Cool. I might be getting closer. You know those yummy drinks that Donna Sells on her page, like "Innergy" and other bubbley pro biotic drinks? I REALLY want to figure out how she does it! They use this trade mark called "Ferm Flora", but they reveal NADAH. Have you explored how to make these types of drinks?
