+ bentonite tips - Re: Directions for Inorganic Calcium flush
Here's the instructions, that I apparently forgot to print off and add to your parcel (grrrrr, me! - my apologies)

Bentonite clay baths - the amount of
Bentonite recommended varies GREATLY - the largest seller of premixed clay bath products (LL Magnetic Clay Baths), recommends 1 cup per bath. I've seen more I've seen less (???) I like more :)
Remember, you do NOT put
Bentonite in a septic tank - it WILL ruin it.
Sure, you can mix
Bentonite with water or juice. It's hard to get it to dissolve/blend though (same with the bath water).
I take a blender, and fill it 1/2 - 3/4 of the way with boiling distilled water, then add bentonite by the 1/2 cup full until it's about the consistency of maple syrup...then put it in a glass jar, so it's always ready for whenever I use it. Keep note of how much you put into the water - you'll be surprised at how much you're getting/using. It doesn't "thicken", rather it seems more like it dissolves. I just keep adding clay but it never seems to get 'thicker'.
The first time I took it internally like that, I mixed a tablespoon full with some juice, and was constipated for 1/2 a day.
I took it that time -the first time taken 'straight', because I wanted to try it out for
Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) poisoning. I'd always been sensitive to MSG, but since cleansing & restoring, I'd become fantastically reactive. I'd eaten at a Chinese restaurant (do you use MSG? NO ma'am, no
Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) in any food here) and 1/2 hour later I had a SPLITTING 'pukey migraine'. :( I took the bentonite and the 'symptoms were gone within about 45 minutes. :)
I recently read a blurb where someone had high metal exposure all their life in a 'metals plant' and when they started with a teaspoon, they had an immediate 'harsh reaction' - that always dissipated fairly soon and left them feeling better and better after each dose (they did the baths, too). Pulling out metals is tough on our body, so there's no need to rush it - slow & steady really does win the race. With the bentonite, we're assured to be the ultimate winner, so we don't need to wear our body out in the process!
If ya have the time, post an update on what all you've been doing...and what the results have been. Healing/hungry minds wanna know! :) :) :)
Healthiest of blessings -
