Directions for Inorganic Calcium flush

Hi Uny,
Was looking for extended directions on the flush besides what you put on the bag, as it says, "See Printout for further directions" me thinks. Also I have alot of Bentonite clay that I would like to use before I head overseas, was wondering on the clay bath, know how much for a standard bath, like dump 1 lbs or 2lbs straight into the tub and soak? Know any other recipes for using Bclay internally? I dont have any Psyllium and I dont feel like getting any since Im due to leave shortly for PBshakes. Think I can just mix some up in water?
