After reading this I have second thoughts about that rebounder....will definitely replace it now.I've been rebounding for about three years now and I usually have a lot of fun doing it.I usually do it for about 10-15 mins at a time and I love jumping to good dance music!But it is advisable to start slowly and then develop speed.I'm sure you'd have no problem since you're already a physically fit person.But,if one is not in the habit of exercising it's better to just bob up and down gently until one get's more confident.
