Re: Just stopping by

I agree with you Surley if people won't listen then you've done all you can do to help them.

I read this quote from the Teeter Hang Ups website regarding lymphatic issues:

"Inverting yourself to as little as 25° for even a few minutes can help relax tense muscles and speed the flow of lymphatic fluids which flush out the body's wastes and carry them to the blood stream. The faster this waste is cleared, and fresh supplies of oxygen are introduced, the faster stiffness and pain in the muscles can disappear." So I do think inverting helps with this.

I'm thinking about getting a rebounder, I've read it's the only exercise that works on every part of the body.  Chrisb1 has this to say about rebounding in the water fasting forum:

"Rebound exercise is the only "cellular exercise" in existence, in that it is the ONLY form of exercise that will exercise every single cell in your body, by utilizing the forces of gravity: acceleration & deceleration. It profoundly & beneficially modifies our tissues, including skin tissue. No other exercise comes close, and is even recommended by NASA in the training of their Astronauts as being 70% more efficient than jogging."

That sounds pretty good to me and it also looks like it would be fun, if it's the only exercise you can do that works every single cell in your body then I think that's the one I should be doing.  It isn't hard to do is it?  How often and how long were your sessions on it?
