I only did a 21 day fast and can tell a BIG difference. I no longer have that slump that hits between 2-3pm and NEVER crave coffee or junk foods anymore. I crave good foods and some cooked foods make me feel ill and I get nauseated eating them. My body cannot tolerate what it used to! I had that energy slump right afterwards as well and yes....it DID suck big time. So glad to see you feeling up to par now!
