One of the 3 anti- parasite herbs recommended by Dr. Clark is Common Clove [1]. Is that same as garlic? How about the elephant garlic (the big, slightly purple ones)? Are they all the same?

Dr. Clark also mentions *Green* Black-Walnut Hull? Does it have to be Green?
