We're still talking about zero calories and we're still in full blown ketosis and cleanse and repair mode. In my opinion, this is still a Water Fast in terms of the benefits being achieved. Though i've never taken salt in any of mine, I have on a couple of occasions done apple cider vinegar (zero calories) with my water and i considered that a Water Fast too.
I would draw the line, however at adding lemon juice or anything else with calories. One calorie and suddenly i am thinking of it as a juice fast.
