Thanks for the information. Because of my estrogen-dominance issues, my body may be deficient in zinc. It also may be be iron-deficient (the last time I checked, my ferritin level was 12). But raising my iron/ferritin levels by loading up on iron supplements isn't a viable option for me - because of irons oxidizing, possible-tumor-growing properties - and I seem to be dealing with fibrocystic breast issues.

Heck - my body could have "deranged mineral transport" issues because of possible mercury/heavy metal intoxication.

That's unfortunate news about choline - because this seems like a substance that my brain is in dire need of (I suffer from all of the symptoms of acetylcholine deficiency).
