I do not use low fat yogurt also. I use whole raw goat yogurt and drain the whey as she did. It is fine to use it as a preventative and it is delicious. I do recommend on all diets not to eat fish but rarely as all fish these days contain toxins, chemicals and poisons. I suggest chicken no more than twice a week as they are fatty and are known to carry many ills also. I am a vegetarian. Understand you breaking the diet as it is a strict diet.
If I were you, I would take the drained yogurt with the flax seed only and a bit of cayenne. I also suggest you seriously consider the kousimine budwig detox breakfast. The link I am including as a perfect preventative.
