Well, no offence, but I think you must be kidding
'Have fun trying to educate a sick and helpless person, the generations have changed overtime. "Get with it".
We live in a society where medicine can save a person's life, and you're distorting the image some genuine doctors have, you're STEREOTYPING. Educating instead of medicating? Lol, try telling that to a sick person who would have to suffer daily were it not for medicine. You are taking that quote out of context anyways, so please stop trying to put down doctors when they save and mean more to people's lives than you could ever hope to.'
Well, no offence, but I think you must be kidding.
In fact, based on my experience and the many others in the course of seeking treatments for our mental disorders, most of the medical specialists and other doctors apparently are just mainly, if not, solely interested in the medical fees that their mentally-illed patients could both currently and potentially offer to them in the long-term (an indefinite 'curative period') in return for their medical services (which are substantially made up of provisions of drugs and other prescriptions).
In many case, these mentally-illed patients just end up as the 'life-long customers' of such doctors.
Ironically, most of such mentally-illed patients in the end just fail to live up to have a lifespan that is long enough for them to qualify as 'life-long customers' of such doctors for many miscellaneous reasons for which such doctors are evidently accountable for.
In most cases, such mentally-illed people would just place heavier and heavier reliances, at the 'instructions' from their doctors to deal with their mental disorders and then just subsequently get their mental disorders / problems deteriorating from time to time from bad to worse.
You may think that I have been cynical, nevertheless, those are simply the predominant and prevailing trends of medical professions nowadays.
How saddening.
