Unhealthy stools with pic

Hi all, just to warn you under the text are pics of my stools! Do not open them if you will feel bad or sth.

I have stomach problems since 6 months. diarrhoea then constipation, I made some tests they watched me with so called (Echography) and checked for parasites - everything seemed OK. But since 3 days I have stupid pain in the stomach/bowels/gut - all over the place, the pain is not sharp, but there it is all the time. My stools seem torn, not normal.

What could this be? Any suggestions?
