To the person that made a statement that you have a law degree cert. but not the actual paper document.(which is strange if you have a law degree to not have a copy of it) Well you could produce it if you were ordered too and IF you actually had that degree but not an actual copy of on hand. So the point is, so if Oboma doesn't have the paper copy then he should be able to produce it if he actually had it issued at one time, just like you could produce your degrees if you were ordered to do so. Oboma has not.

The response about 99% have it is correct becuase 99% of people who have a birth cert. can produce it or a copy of it if they do not have the orginal! Its just a sparring of words when you say, how do you know 99% of people have their orginal birth cert.? 99% have it or can produce a copy!
