Need a zapper upgrade

I have the $10 zapper but after much use, it has fallen apart. I would like to upgrade but am unsure which one. I have noticed through post that it can vary with what you are trying to accomplish.

My issues are basic parasite ridding, particularly pinworms that keep reoccuring in my household. I have an infection in a root canal that I have been treating for a few years and feel there are more issues there (pardon the pun, but this is the root of my immune system decline and yeast issues). I am still battling yeast and have a recurrent itchy nose issue as well. Through much cleansing I restored my health, but it is a precarious thing. After a year of pregnancy and another year of nursing, I am indesperate need of cleansing again and feel a new, better zapper is a good place to start, considering I believe I have critter, yeast and virus issues but am still nursing.

Which one guys? Thoughts?
