My progress
Hi everyone,
A couple of people have asked about my progress, so, here is what I have been doing.
I continue to work on parasites, stubborn buggers. I think depending on the
parasite you have, protocols vary, but it is extremely important not to omit this part of the treatment. Try to find out what you have and treat it in all phases, adult, larvae, eggs, etc. Killing 1 phase will not do it.
To heal the damage
parasites and candida have caused to my intestines, I take this, and it has really helped.

I continue to take antifungals, but different ones from what I've taken before. Right now I am taking Neem leaf, which is very potent, it is also used against parasites. Here's the link, I like this one because it is alcohol free.

And I am now able to take probiotics (which is huge for me). I'm taking these 2:

All those products are from iherb, who I order from alot. I like their products, prices and fast shipping. If you want to use my code of VIR110, you'll receive $5 off your first order.
I continue on the diet, which oddly, I'm not minding even after all this time as I know it is extremely health, but, I'll be glad when I can go to restaurants again and when I can have pizza, etc. Soon, I'll start making yogurt again and add fruit. I want to make sure my levels of candida are way down, before doing that and that I've established some good intestinal flora as mine was completely wiped out.
I also take lauricidin for bacteria, etc. There are many who post that things like alcohol based tinctures are ok. You are the best judge of what your body reacts to, I personally wouldn't touch a alcohol based tincture, look for other products without alcohol, they're out there.
Other things I am taking on a daily basis are:
digestive enzymes before every meal
b complex
liver detox/rejuvenate herbs
chelated magnesium (very important)
lots of coconut oil
lots of olive oil
cod liver oil
shark oil
5 htp (for seratonin)
potassium
olive leaf
lower bowel formula (keep intestines clean)
My weakness is coffee, which I am having with Almond Dream Milk, unsweetened (zero sugar). I know coffee isn't advised for various reasons, but after being on this diet for 4 plus years, I figure, I need to have something!
I eat vegetables, both cooked and raw in salads, chicken/turkey/pork, quinoa and buckwheat flours, lots of garlic, almonds, walnuts, pecans, all RAW (I rinse ALL nuts, they can have dust from other nuts and are pretty dirty), black beans, lentils, brown rice pasta, eggs, yams, many raw vegetables. I use the slow cooker alot for meats, put the frozen meat in the cooker before bed and when I get up have slow cooked chicken, etc. it's very tasty! You can add rosemary or other fresh herbs. I use the above ingredients to make muffins, which I consume alot of. If you want my muffin recipe, let me know, it's pretty wonderful!
I continue to zap, but not as much as I was several months ago. I think it's really key to clean out the gut and take things to heal the damage done from all this. Rebuilding the intestinal cells has been key for me.
I am so grateful to be making progress as for so long I wondered if I ever would. I'm not out of the woods, but I can see the clearing from here ; ) There is no quick fix, it can take months or often years. Our bodies did not become out of balance overnight and won't correct overnight. I know many do not want to hear this, but it is the plain truth, so you'll need to be more patient that you ever thought possible.
Much of what I am doing, I've learned here and from my friend MsPep and others (thank you!) Keep reading, researching and listen to what works for you, don't give up!
Best of luck to everyone on their healing journey!
