I'm with everyone else... Stay away from bread. But, if the buckwheat bread works for you, there are a few options for almond butter. If you go to your health food store, the almond butters will only be made from almonds. To make the nut butters more creamy, there are some brands that add palm fruit oil (not to be confused with palm kernel oil) and those are good too. If you don't have a health food store nearby, there are plenty of options for ordering online.
