just one more question sorry!! I have not been able to take probiotics until about 2 months ago when i found i could again! so good news! when i used to tke them my glands really ached do you think this is a sign of a leaky gut? the thing thta make more symthoms worse are carbs for example root veg, brown rice, braed pasta. is it like this when you have a leaky gut?
