Getting headaches everytime I take iodine ...

I'm a fequent HA sufferer. But I noticed that everytime I take my Lugols I get headaches.

Lets say more then 4 drops of lugals then I will get a headache ie the greater the drops the more the HA.

Any suggestions? Wondering if I should do something different with my Iodine intake or my supplementing afterwards

I usually wait 15-45 mins then take 2-400 silenium meth; I also take vit c, magnesium, calcium potassium, salt ... sometimes I throw a bunch of Sea Salt in my drink also.

Now I realize theres a salt water push but I dont have time to do a push everyday.

what do you suggest ... thanks
