For years we have been told that breakfast is the best meal of the day, wrong, wrong, wrong. I am on a Natural Hygiene Raw diet and have been going without breakfast for a week and it is not important. I eat at 4:30 in the afternoon with fruit and then later for supper have a veggie meal. Today, I realized that I am getting use to the routine and my body is adjusting.
Barefoot has been preaching this for a long time and I never listened and now the news is that the reduced calorie diets are the one who extend the life.
So no more breakfast for me, just a longer life, in shallah, (if Allah wills).
