Mystery autoimmune disorder making me sick, putting dents on my face

And the doctors have pretty much washed their hands of me. I HATE! doctors. I have been sick for 13 years and no one will help me. I have had to help myself. I have researched and researched until I am blue in the face. Doctor says its Lupus-like condition, but not Lupus. Great, so how do I treat it Einstein?

Today I got sent to dermatology "specialist" at UCLA. She looks at my face, looks at my past labs and biopsy results (negative for the most part), and says, "golly gee wilakers, I don't know why your face is caving in all over, good luck with that!" For this I spent $11 for parking and almost 2 hours in traffic? Not the first joke of an experience I've had with UCLA medical. I am so furious right now. 13 years of BS from doctors with God complexes who do nothing but nothing to help you and act like you are either boring them, or they can't handle not having the answers, so they bail. Have they all forgotten their hippocratic oaths?

So if anyone can tell me why for 13 years I've had fibromyalgia pain all over my body, muscles in my legs that constantly twich like fireworks going off (not magnesium deficient), hair falls out in cycles, hypothryoid, systemic candida, parasites, can't lose weight, Epstein Barr, walking is painful, infertile, indentations spontaneously appear on my face and never leave, digestive problems, non-stop vaginal problems, and the list goes on, by all means, do share it with me. Because I am beyond the point of trying to stay optimistic and upbeat about finding an answer. I have tried it all naturally (every herb, supplement, new age and old age treatment, you name it I've tried it), the special candida diets (don't help), drinking tons of water every day, etc., etc. So please, if you have something that will help, let me know.
