Will Porcine and Bovine Glandulars heal Adrenal Fatigue?

My ND just perscribed me Dr. Wilson's Dynamite Adrenals.
I was shocked to see the ingredients, being a strict vegetarian. However, my health is in a state that I will do whatever someone tells me may help me.
I am wondering how effective this is for adrenal fatigue...she said I will need to take it for at least 6 months, for now, and I wanted to know what kind of effects you have seen with it on your patitents, or in other people's patients.
