OK! I will! But do I need to do the parasite cleanse?

I would really like fast relief from this eczema - it is killing me! Right on my hands so I am seriously disabled in my daily life. I would like to start the live cleanse right away... Wouldn't I be pretty clear of parasites because of the 20 day water fast? Shelton describes in his book how the entire digestive tract becomes sterile within 10-14 days, I suppose that includes the liver.

What could happen if I skipped the parasite cleanse step? Or if it is that important, is there an accelerated schedule I can do in a week or less taking higher doses?
