It looks complicated but it really isn't once you get all the parts. Well worth it.

You can actually buy it ready-made but it is very expensive

I do it this way...

What you need...
2x Solid Silver Wire (99.99% Pure) (each 3 inches in length)
dc adapter
1x Glass of Pure Distilled Water
2x crocodile clips
1 wire connector strip
PPM Meter

Cut wires off of dc adapter and attach crocodile clips. Cover with electrical tape if necessary.

Put silver in the middle of the wire connector strips (about 2 inches apart) and near the end of the rod and tighten the screws.

This then balances on the top of the glass with the silver rods in the water.

Plug in and turn on.

After 1 hour turn off at the wall and clean the silver rods.

Back in the glass for about another hour.

Check with ppm meter to make sure it's about 10ppm.
It should look clear and taste slightly metallic.

Might be worth looking on the Colloidal Silver forum as I may not be doing it the right way. Certainly seems to have worked though.
