After juicing the grapes, take the pulp and dehydrate it below 105 degrees. You can then put it in your VitaMix and make a powder of it. You've retained a live food by dehydrating at a low temperature. I do this with all veggies, fruits, etc. They can then be added to your smoothies, or you can encapsulate them. Too much trouble for me to put in capsules, though. I'm too lazy, I guess.
