pulmonary hypertension is a symptom and not a disease in cases likes yours. someone is triggering a constricton or some kind of pump issues. there are lots of possible reasons, from adrenal crisis to infectious and disequilibrium states. your situation is serious, and you need to see a doc to make sure all basis are covered to start. If you still run out of options , then we have to think outside the box.
