T-100 (beef derived) will be a poor choice - you are not a cow! The hormone balances are for cattle and are irregular from pill to pill. Same deal with Armour (from pigs) - you are not a pig! Using such products results in not getting regulated properly, stressing you system out even more.

You need to start with thyroxine. It is the keystone to help rebalance your endocrine levels. Getting T4 regulated will support your body to balance the rest. You need to be on a consistant dosage for 6-8 weeks and get a full thyroid panel retested then have your levels adjusted. Talk to your endocrinologist. Don't put off getting better.

Your supplement list looks good, I suggest adding an iron supplement (using castiron cookware is also good) as well as continuing a good diet - don't forget the chocolate :)
