I have been able to stop weight loss while on the candida diet by generous use of coconut oil and olive oil. I have about 2-3 tablespoons of coconut oil a day, using it to saute meats, fish and vegetables, and 5 tablespoons of olive oil a day, mixed into my food after it is cooked. Not only has this helped me stablize my weight, the oils also provide enough calories that I don't feel as hungry as I did before.
