I slept most of the day away after taking 3 whole grams of SSKI for the first time (that's a whole lot) yesterday morning. (Not the first time for SSKI - it was the first time for taking such a high dose!) I took it 10am central time (Illinois) Thursday morning.

I feel great. Trouble is, now it's 4am on Friday and I'm wide awake!

Anyhoo, I want to welcome you and just say that I suggest you start on page 1 BUT it might make it easier to do it this way:

Read just the BSA stuff. That's right. And journal or make copies of the stuff you enjoyed or feel relates to you.

Then go back and read all the RRR stuff. And (journal or make copies)
Then go back and read all the RR stuff. And (journal)
Then go back and read all the R stuff. (journal)

All those are "clickable" at the top of the homepage to VWT's site. Be sure and click on the audio and video section too. I LOVE the two-hour Flechas audio. It's still my "favie" - perhaps because I'm sentimental and it's so informative and it's how I got started after reading an Abraham article on how safe Iodine is.

We have a lot of fun here, too...and there are extraneous conversations to be sure. However, as you learn (and most definitely improve) with your health, you will find out that even we "oldtimers" are still learning nuances about Iodine supplementation.

I've been supplementing now for over two years...and learned a lot of new things about Iodine AND Iodide in the last six days.

If any one of us ever gets or sounds annoyed, (MissCast definitely wasn't), please understand that it's probably only because we love people so much here, but we also love ourselves, and our families, our own needs for said selves and families, and our need for continuing education. We sometimes do get frustrated with some people who are not willing to read up or educate themselves on iodine.

I am not saying you are one of those people. You are obviously not one of those people. But many do come here wanting and expecting us to give them some "magical" formula or protocol like we are experts or paid for our services to mankind.

We are neither...and know also, that this statement is a public one...IOW, for the benefit of all who come and read, not just directed at you.
