This forum is hugh and I found the best way to get the answers I wanted was to use the search window at the top of the page, I just don't have the patience to wade through 150 odd pages of posts. Just type in a key word and away you go. I have experienced all the improvements that you have mentioned when I started Iodine supps. I was so excited about it I wanted to tell everyone.
