Before I found MH's site I was on a combination diet, it is similar to the Fit for Life Diet. This was about 15 years ago and the book I followed was called 'Eating Alive' by Jon Matsen. You eat fruit for breakfast, carbs for lunch and protein for dinner. After one month of this diet I didn't have to take any tylenol for my cramps.
I now follow MH's advice and eat fruit all day, and one meal in the evening. I am on a mostly raw diet now.
