MoreJust a brief note to tell you that the sprays work beautifully for female monthly cramps. I have sprays I, II and III. I first tried spray III by spraying my lower belly and lower back. My cramps disappeared within two minutes. Tried sprays I & II and they worked well too, although they took a minute or two longer to work. This is such a relief as I have sworn off the Advils and Aleves of this world!

This is a reply to # 1,372,255Thanks for the information -- I actually was wondering if the sprays can relieve menstrual cramps, as I cannot go through the first day of my menstruation without taking 1-2 ibuprofen pills (the cramps are very bad...).
However, if we are to look at the cause of the cramps rather than just the symptom -- I wonder whether the hormone spray would be able to eliminate the cramps altogether by balancing the hormones during the month? As cramps are most likely caused by an excess of estrogen (estrogen mimicking substances are present in most plastics and soy is also present in a lot of processed food products) and low progesterone, then if the hormone spray can balance out the hormones, the cause of the cramps would be removed.
MH -- I included a hormone spray in my latest order, which is on its way to me, and I volunteer to "test it out" until the bottle is empty and let you know if my menstrual cramps stop "showing up". Currently, as I stated above, they are so bad the first 1-2 day of my menstruation that I am in agony if I do not take ibuprofen (advil).

When the old uterine lining begins to break down, molecular compounds called prostaglandins are released. These compounds cause the muscles of the uterus to contract. When the uterine muscles contract, they constrict the blood supply (vasoconstriction) to the endometrium. This contraction blocks the delivery of oxygen to the tissue of the endometrium which, in turn, breaks down and dies. After the death of this tissue, the uterine contractions literally squeeze the old endometrial tissue through the cervix and out of the body by way of the vagina. Other substances known as leukotrienes, which are chemicals that play a role in the inflammatory response, are also elevated at this time and are related to the development of menstrual cramps.
Either way, I'm sure the hormone spray will be of significant value somewhere along the line. If not, use Spray III...I know that works like a charm for cramps. This is a reply to # 1,372,304Yes, your cramps description above is correct, however it refers to "how" the cramps happen and not "why" -- i.e., what is the cause behind this elevated production of prostaglandins. Prostaglandins are present in all women around menstruation, however not all women have cramps.
From my readings, it is excess estrogen that overstimulates the uterus lining during the month and so by the time of menstruation, the lining is thicker than it should be, which requires an elevated production of prostaglandins and harder uterus muscle contractions etc., which cause the cramps. Unfortunately, if not controlled the excess estrogen can cause endometriosis, which means that tissues around the uterus begin to react to the estrogen just like the uterus lining.
Since in our day and age estrogen mimicking substances (xenoestrogens) are ever present, I have been trying to avoid them, and I do see a slight improvement but it has been very slow -- I imagine since it took several years for my cramps to get very bad (I am in my 20's), it will take several years to bring them down naturally, unless the hormone spray speeds up this process, which is what I am really hoping.
For a list of food & cosmetic products that contain estrogen mimicking ingredients to avoid, you can google "xenoestrogens". There are a lot of them! It is very important to avoid products that you use on the skin (such as the ones that contain -paraben ingredients), because the xenoestroegens are absorbed directly into the blood, whereas the ones in food at least go through the liver, which can detoxify some of them.
I have also switched my laundry detergent to a natural one, Biokleen (powder, not liquid), as most commercial detergents have xenoestrogen ingredients that stay in clothes and are absorbed through the skin.- Re: Sprays work for cramps too -- ho... MH 108

the liver makes estrogen 24/7 as well there are over 100 glands so small the human eye can't see them that produce hormones.
the only antidote is friendly bacteria
the only other option is herb use for too much estrogen (hormones)
female issues? they didn't become pregnant when they were able.....they fight with nature, they seek drugs, they abuse their body, etc., etc....and yes, all the crap written medically about pms, is all guess work and symptoms caused by their own drugs..
most likely, most adult non pregnant women have worms living in their womb secreteing their own hormones making a mess of the woman's cycle.
anyone studying medical will drive them selves crazy, their ailments are endless, simple because they cause most of them.

This is a reply to # 1,372,426From your readings, does the liver also produce progesterone, which usually balances out estrogen in the second part of the cycle? Because it seems that a lot of women nowadays have low progesterone and too high estrogen.
I do not take any drugs except for the 1-2 ibuprofen once a month for menstrual cramps.
In terms of the worms, the dewormer should help eliminate the worms from the uterus?

This is a reply to # 1,372,278my 10 year old son and a 40 year old nephew are the only 2 people i have tested the hormone spray on. both had headaches from over stress. one from school work and the nephew had suffered these sinus pressure head aches for years that build up as the day wears on.
both had the identical results:
free of all pain in 5-15 seconds...my 40 year old nephew was about "dumbfounded" when it happened to him. both just breathed in the air and the spray was not directed onto the skin.
with spray i, often it takes 2 minutes to get head ache free and i am sure there are those with tumor pressure, worms, etc. and chiropractic issues that have real causes for head aches that the sprays will have no effects on until the foundational causes are corrected, but in theory, with prolonged use, even the sprays would help with this.
so a real pms spray theory, would include some mind trac spray, some pms herb spray and hormone spray as a kit.

This is a reply to # 1,372,345Before I found MH's site I was on a combination diet, it is similar to the Fit for Life Diet. This was about 15 years ago and the book I followed was called 'Eating Alive' by Jon Matsen. You eat fruit for breakfast, carbs for lunch and protein for dinner. After one month of this diet I didn't have to take any tylenol for my cramps.
I now follow MH's advice and eat fruit all day, and one meal in the evening. I am on a mostly raw diet now.
Hope this helps as I really suffered with cramps.

This is a reply to # 1,372,340I have noticed that just eating better helps, however, I still have uncomfortable cramps. So, your diet info, etc., would be helpful.
65312 - That makes sense. Thanks for the info. And, I will surely look to avoid those excess things. Thankfully, I only use coconut oil for moisturizer and bare minerals face powder. I'll be eager to hear your progress with the hormone spray! - Re: Sprays work for cramps too! MH 108
