Confused about gluten.....

I'm trying to work out if my gluten allery/intolerance is permanant or not. I have candida and I'm pretty sure I have leaky gut, I discovered my gluten allergy/intolerance first though. I don't have celiac. Anyway I recently developed more allergies, dairy, yeast, armonds and Sugar just before I started my candida diet, this is why I think I have leaky gut. Also because my dairy allergy is easing since being on the diet.

The reason why I'm unsure if my gluten allergy is because on leaky gut or not is I seem to react differently to gluten the my other allergins. My throat swells about 5 mins after eating gluten and then I get the usual tiredness and stomach pain etc for a few days.

I've read a bit about leaky gut and I have the idea that it's your intestines that leak, I react 5 mins after eating gluten, this doesn't seem long enough for the food to get that far. Is it possible to have leaky gut in your stomach? Any comments/advice will be very helpful. thanks.
