Let me say this. I understand your desire for "cheap", but you get what you pay for.

I had all of mine removed in April of 2000 to save my life (in the Atlanta area).

I had a couple of dentists to choose from. I chose the cheaper one. He ruined my teeth, he bankrupted on his patients and skipped town. I have spent over $20,000 trying to unscrew what this guy screwed up.

Cheap, especially with amalgrams is not a good thing.
