looking for cheap holistic dentist worldwide

Hi,
Wondering if any of you guys know of a low cost holistic dentist anywhere in the world. I live in Canada, but prices here are outrageous, $1000 for onlays. I know of one in Mexico, but I would rather not go there as I have heard nothing but danger in the Mexico area right now.

Would like to get my Amalgams replaced, so things like oxygen mask is high priority.
Budapest would be a place, I don't mind going to, but I can't seem to find one that uses oxygen mask.
