Re: Does Anyone Know Anything About Iosol? Long Answer...

I am currently using Iosol. I started out with it in Noevember 08 in very small doses because of a newsletter from Alternatives we used to subscribe too. I upped the doseage a bit from what was reccomended and began to feel sort of human. After about a month of taking it, I for some reason got away from it and felt my normal yuck self and could not seem to place why. Going through my supplments looking for something one day I ran across it again and the light bulb came on with a 'hmmm... maybe I need to satrt this up again. So I added 6 drops to a 33.8oz water bottle and used this as my base. Then 1/2 c. of this solution to water to fill my next same size bottle. This is the only way I drank water and the only dosing I did for quite some time.
With in the week I was warm energetic alert and noticing that my nails were growing out all of the sudden. Week two I noticed my hair as well suddenly growing. With excitment I ordered four bottles. I hopped on to the internet to see what else this Iodine stuff was good for and began to go 'oh really?' 'oh wow' My excitement began to run over as I read till i was blue in the face. That reading brought me back to curezone again. For the first time in a couple of years. I have been a lurker now for the past three months. Mostly in the old posts and BSA, all R, aritcles getting up to speed.
Iosol is very samll dosed compared to Lugols so upping it takes lots more drops.
Even though the dosage is mauch smaller I have notices the following with the Iosol:
1. Warmer temps, been able to tolerate the winter real well for the first time in many many years.
2. Hair and nails growing and appear to be healthy. Hair not falling out at such a disgusting rate.
3. My dearest left breast has thanked me considerably as most though not all of the pain has subsided after the intial lightning sharp shooting pains which increased at first the subsided. Still have a tender spot when I search. As well the lumpyness has decreased major. I actually think I can attend a breast exam with out gritting my teeth and holding my breath.And now-a-days I even let hubby handle that one!! which he has not been allowed for years due to the pain even a gentle touch would bring on.
4. Seems to me the Iodine is giving me constant little many liver flushes. This is pretty cool. It is very help full.
5. The horizontal ridges in my thumb nails have completely cleared up to a smooth nail and the nails have a darker pink to them as well. I hve had thouse ridges laa of my life that I can remember.
6. I am able to fall asleep within the first 5 to 10 minutes of hitting the pillow compared to thrity minutes to an hour. Rise in the AM beet but not as good as I hope to.
7. I iniallty saw a rise in brain fog and awareness but that comes and goes as I play with dosing.
8. And I have eyebrows again! How cool can Iodine be? Now I don't look like I mees up and over plucked.

Overall though it is not the preferred Iodine as most of the users are supping with, there have been soe great benefits with it.

I am currently on 14 drops twice a day now with companion supps and still having results ( and unfortunately detox)
I am wanting to switch to Lugols for easier dosing soon.Been at this dose about two weeks and suffered a terrible sickness this weekend. Even missed work over this. Dextox? Or the flu bug going around the Valley? I never catch thouse darn stomach things when they come around but soemthing happened and it was not good. I am betting o detox. Today being the first day in 4 of it that I even wanted to
get out of bed, let alone look at the computer.
So though it is not Lugols I have had some major issues with and improvements with Iosol.
