Exercise causes bursts of anger, PLEASE HELP

Something unexpected has occurred.

It seems that often after a moderate session at the gym I come out feeling aggressive, angry, even violent. I might feel hostile towards other people and feel like screaming, punching or kicking. I would never act upon such feelings but have indeed been rude and walked into others non-provoked.

Why on earth does that happen? A friend suggested I need to train harder since I might only be getting "into the mood". Personally, after an hour or so of training, I feel ready to go home and get some rest.

I'm currently in financial problems and struggling to maintain my raw vegan lifestyle. I've previously noticed certain food to cause me mood swings and other psychological symptoms, but never has it been like this.

Any ideas how to help me? Could this be some heavy detoxing, or simply having eaten the wrong things, or exercising not enough or even too much, or me turning into a male?
