Can't bear this anymore. Please help

I have been reading posts off and on for a while here and think this site is very informative.

I started feeling pain on my right side flank about a couple of months ago, I have had two ultrasounds and all they found was a that my liver was a little fatty? No stones. To top it off about a month ago I started having pain upon urinating and it is getting worse. 7 times out of 10 when I urinate, there is pain. And all those times it is quite painful. Went to the doctor, could not find anything, no infection?? That is when I had my second ultrasound. My pain is getting severe and I think with reading posts I should do a kidney cleanse, however, I have also read that you have to do a parasite cleanse first. Is this true? I don't know that I can go through much more of this pain.

Also can anyone reccommend a good cleanse that will rid me of this pain? And in the meantime what can I do to stop the pain?
