It depends on how testing was done to check the effectiveness of undecenoic acid's effectiveness. If you're testing for a straight fungicidal effect, you won't see an effect and that may read as a negative response. You have to check for fungus-yeast conversion or switching.
The ghee and non-dairy butter should be fine. You can take the sodium bicarbonate with the Plan. What was your die-off reaction?
I don't recommend Fivelac, but it's probably okay on a short-term basis if you want to finish it out.
